Because our slide decks, games, and templates are digital products delivered instantly via internet download, all sales are final. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges once a file or access link has been dispatched.
However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you encounter any technical issues opening the files, compatibility problems with your presentation software, or corrupted downloads, please reach out directly to our support email, and we will manually send you working files or copies immediately.

- Restrictions: You are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, hosting, or sharing the raw Google Slides links, PowerPoint files, or PDF assets with anyone else or uploading them to public file-sharing directories.
- Limitation of Liability: Stoppage Time is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for technical glitches, display issues, or television/projector malfunctions during your events.
