Divide players into specialized teams representing the 2026 tournament brackets (Groups A–L). If hosting small counts under 8, pass out multiple bracket assignments per individual. For massive groups of 12, 24, or clear up to corporate tracking fields, run multi-person squads or implement the All-Country mode.
Allow all roster entries exactly 1 minute to visually ingest the country names and matching flags layout slide. Once the clock strikes zero, clear out any mobile phones or paper cheat references before starting the countdown.
Bring the active roster squad up to the display. Teams must call out names as flags show up. Group-specific runs get bonus points for remaining clock seconds, while strategic skips carry a 2-point penalty. In All-Country mode, let following teams pick up exactly where the last squad stalled out.
One active presenter faces the TV screen while their teammates look away. The presenter describes the visual layout or regional attributes without speaking the country's actual name or its continent. (Example: Saying "Tacos" for Mexico is valid; saying "East African nation" for Somalia is an automatic violation).
With the geographic shape and kit colors of the country as your only hint, guess the nation. Each team is strictly throttled to as many total guesses as active members on their squad roster sheet (Solo competitors receive 2 attempts to balance the playing field).
